We are so proud of our cattle we guarantee everything that we sell.

We are proud to say that generally ALL of the cattle that we will offer for sale are USUALLY SOLD within 30 days of their birth.

We generally have a waiting list of customers for the Next Years Calf Crop.

Our calving window begins in September and runs through January.  We generally place embryos 60 days post calving then verify pregnancy at 30 and 90 days.  While we do not know the sex of the calf that will be born, we do know the approximate date of delivery.  We are able to predict, with a high accuracy, the EPV’s of the anticipated calf.    We only place High Value Embryos with high predictive indices that will have inbreeding coefficients less than 10%.

We have NO breeding aged bulls on our ranch.  All cattle born on our ranch are HIGH VALUE ET BIRTHS.

At the time of birth, Calf’s are tagged, weighed, vaccinated, DNA samples taken and EIN Chip is placed.   DNA Samples are sent to the Wagyu association in Australia.  DNA results and ACTUAL EPV’s are generally obtained within 60 days of collection.

We contact prospective buyers on our waiting list after the birth of the calf.  If it looks like the calf will be a good match for their operation the prospective buyer places a $500 deposit to secure the calf.   Once Actual EPV’s have returned and are reconciled with predicted EPV’s the buyer has the option to purchase the calf or apply their deposit to another calf.

Should you choose to commit to purchase an animal we will require a $500 deposit which is required at time of BIRTH.

Total agreed price will be due at time of weaning which is generally 210 days from birth.

Ownership does convey at time of pickup.

While we do NOT offer a life insurance policy on our animals, we DO guarantee fertility on uninjured animals at breeding age.  New owners must take reasonable steps to care for their herd and feed them appropriately.

We generally STEER any bull calf’s if their indexes do NOT fall within the top 40% of the international herd.

We generally retain 36% of the commercial semen rights of bull calf’s who fall within the top 5% of the international herd for 8 years.  We also reserve the right to collect bulls in this category for up to 30 days a year for 8 years at our expense with 100% of the collected semen owned by Texas Prime Cattle Company LLC.

We generally reserve the right to reserve 2 flushes on heifer calf’s that fall within the top 5% of the international herd which may be executed within 2 years of the date of the sale.

All Calf’s will be registered in Australia and will be eligible to be registered in the United States.  They will be Branded, Tattooed, Dehorned and have received routine vaccinations.  We will register the calf in the USA if requested.

All calves are hand fed.

We can also halter train and AI breeding aged animals if wanted.
